A couple of hours at Marston this afternoon in what can only be described as atrocious conditions was rewarded with a Twite mixed in with a flighty finch flock ! A single Redpoll showed well also.

The scrape was quiet with only a single Shelduck and Snipe, a pair of Little Grebe and a handful of Teal.

A pair of Red Kite nearby and a pair of buzzard over the reserve.
