Nipped out to check my feeders on the area tonight and saw the following:

Little Owls, now fledged from the nest.  I spotted one, possibly two adults and 2 youngsters.  The adults were sitting on the wall or in a tree.

The youngsters were flying but were very ungainly with limbs hanging all over the place and wings not quite the right shape.  When you look at the full size pictures you can clearly see the down on the wings.

On the sports field by the gate there were several Crows, Jackdaws, Wood Pigeons, Pied Wagtail (including young) and 5 Mistle Thrushes.

As I went through the gate there were 2 Buzzards circling the area

In the woods I saw Yellowhammers, Chaffinches, Coal Tits and Goldcrest and then out by the proposed scrape area there were Skylarks and Meadow Pipits aplenty.

Feeders filled and on my way back, just where I had parked my car I spotted a Red Legged Partridge on top of a gravel pile.  Instead of running away or flying away like usual, this one, which was a handsome specimen, stayed and had a pose for me.
